People actively believed Bravo was better up until he got dropped by City as #1. Even after he was significantly worse. If Neuer has a number of howlers that leads to Germany possibly getting eliminated then that's all on Low.

Neuer being a starter at the WC is a recipe for disaster. No one doubts his quality but he hasn't played in over a year and it's risky as hell to have him as Germany's number 1 keeper off the bat.

Of course DDG is better. Goalkeeper's number one job is to block shots and prevent goals from coming in.
