OGS is a mediocre manager, how is this happening?

OGS just fits better with United than he ever was for Cardiff. Not sure of Molde though.
OGS knows what makes United is all about and signed the appropriate players that suits his and Man Utd's philosophy.
His first spell in Molde was good, but had no competition in Norway at the time.
Cardiff was a massive failure, and Molde got instantly better once he left his 2nd spell.
It makes no sense.

Chelsea and Leicester have tough games left. Leicester and Chelsea could only make it if Leicester beats United in the last match, which I doubt.
