How does a team containing United rejects Blind and Depay plus Liverpool flop from about 10 years ago Babel with Barca's reserve keeper easily beat the current world champions ??

De Ligt and Van Dijk shut down everything and De jong was better than the whole France midfield put together and then some.

This coupled with the fact that Varane and that Kimpembe guy are some of the most overrated defenders in the world atm. Varane especially. Pavard is not a RB and Digne is nothing to write home about. And finally, Deschamps is a poor man's Valverde who is in turn is a poor man's Mourinho and there you have it.

Its France own fault. They have the squad to play like the invincibles yet play cowardly Mourinho football.
Im happy they got schooled by the dutch today.

Reddit is filled with upvote whores. If you'd go by their opinion, no one should ever be criticized if they've won something in their life. You simply can't have a discussion with that kind of people.

Ødegaard did very well with the little game time he got, our coach will probably put him back on the bench soon enough though, he isnt a fan.

Don't know really. Seems Deschamps is the typical stubborn know it all type of manager that will pick his favorites everytime. I mean, the guy still calls fucking Sissoko to the national team despite him being shit. Like France doesn't have enough good forwards/wingers. Ditto with Giroud, who although is a decent player, he is far away the worse player in their attack and I feel they have better alternatives. Imo, Deshcamps is a mediocre coach at best and has stumbled upon the most talented national team at the moment. He's the Valverde of national team managers. It's almost impossible not to win with that core of players.

Rashford is amazing for England but crap for United so frustrating. Kane is amazing for Spurs but isn't always at the level for the national team.

Not a bad match. England looked better but we had them on their knees and should have finished them off. Southgate made good subs. Congratulations to hosts.

England was waaay better. To bad we did not KO thrm with those 2 counters when there was 0:1

Well... Croatia did well with all these new players. Young and sadly, not at level with those that departed.

Neatherlands down with 0-2 against Germany after 20 minutes of play.

Looks like France will play in Nations League final in the up-coming summer instead of Neatherlands.
