Was good in one of the friendlies.... cant remember which one.

Can only think Sampaoli sees him as best replacement to pick up role Lanzini did of plugging gaps of Messi moving - centrally or on right etc.

No idea how good he is really.

Umtiti was error prone even before his transfer saga started some months back. So now we have him, pique and mats who can do blunders anytime. Mats has reduced it this season but he still remains pretty error prone.

If that Argentina formation is legit, why not play Dybala on the right rather than Meza?

As said before would think he wants Meza as more of a midfielder and one who can move and pivot off Messi movement.

Dybala more a free spirit type than that.

Not that know a lot about Meza that is more based on players he hasnt chosen.

Mats has been the best keeper in world last season and not error prone.

I'm in fan park and people saying lo celso should be playing. I agree.

Meza is good, he play over here, he picked because he play good for his club but we will see if he can take that performances to his country.

Yeah, low-key throwing Mats in there as if last season wasn't on par with the best in the world. Btw, there's no keeper in the world who doesn't make mistakes. Case in point De Gea last night. It's a difficult position and their errors always stand out a lot more than a mid or forward. Hell, even defenders can be bailed out by a good keeper. Just happened last season with us.

Baffling, mentioning Mats.

This Iceland had Ronaldo deep in their pockets two years ago. Could easily happen with Leo today. Crazy vikings with an admirable team spirit.

Fairly sure Ronaldo had fucking heaps of chances v them but couldnt score.

May be remembering wrong game but think it was them.
