It's a farmers league, that's why.

Pretty stupid answer since he was already there the previous year. The question is why does he have so much more goals scored than before.

The answer is he was playing only as a winger last year and had just changed clubs, cities, environment. He was always saying he had to learn from the stars like Neymar and Cavani. Now, he is settled, he has the confidence from being a World Champion and he had to play a lot of times as the number 9, either because Cavani was subbed off for being shit or because there were injuries.

He could have more goals i reckon if he were taking penalty kick or free kick (even though, i don't think he is particularly good with FK since he rarely shoot from outside of the penalty area).

He is developing as a sole striker role. He had experience playing winger (from young age) and second striker (at Monaco). However, he still has a lot to improve like the heading, his shooting technique, his passing technique, etc. He was probably more "perfect" last year (in the sense, he was doing just the right things at the right time everytime) but he is much more influencial this year. He has grown to be a leader of the team instead of the young guy coming in.

He's a fabulous talent. As great as Neymar was, possibly even better, but a step behind Messi and Ronaldo.

But anyway, to say that only young Messi and young R9 are better is a huge huge achievement. I think PSG will probably win the Champions League next season if they keep the same team and add 2-3 players in defense.

+Neymar stops getting injured (and grabbing his mom's arse). That's an important factor too.

2 goals again, man this kid is banging goals for fun, his career so far is defintly better than Messis at same age. Actually better than any footballer I ca think of. If he does it right, he can be the new goat, would have though there would go at least 10 years before a messi-like-talent popped up.

Funny thing is - before people joked about it, but know i might actually think that mbappe would win the ballon d'or ahead of neymar if they go and win the treble. Tragiccomical. Even tho he isnt the better player. Depends on who performs best in ChL and maybe copa america for neymars sake at least.

serious question without trolling, neymar in his best version thus far (14/15, 16/17, 18/19, whatever you think) v current mbappe. who would you take?

They're different players tbh. Neymar is more so a creative player that also adds goals-- think Ronaldinho or KDB(not comparing their talent levels but their style of play). Whereas Mbappé is a strictly a forward player, more so in the mold of O Fenômeno or R7.

Right now Neymar is more influential as he can dictate and decide matches on his own, but for me Mbappé has grown into the best 9 in the world this season, so he isn't far off. Both top five attacking players that bring the best out of the other.

Wow, incredible indeed.

This guy can surpass Messi and Ronaldo, at least in terms of individual accolades and records.

I don't care where he goes or stays, just not Madrid.

Best midfielder around
I want to see him against the likes of Atletico. Hope we get to see that in the next round.
