For a player that's supposed to be very smart and clever, he does some dumb shit every game by leaving his position to press the CBs.

We'll struggle with him against teams like Liverpool. His legs are gone.

He just looks lazy, which is forgivable in preseason , but not in regular season. He took ages tonight to run back in position. The hole in defensive midfield was real.

Him and Rakitic cannot play together anymore.

The Midfield suffers when you have both of them out there. Both don't have the legs anymore to work together.

What is the point of him playing if we have De Jong?
What is the point of Rakitic playing if we have Arthur and Vidal?

Why are they still our midfield starting duo.

You just can't get excited with this team anymore. We have to endure them even in friendlies.

Arthur, De Jong, Roberto and even Vidal with Rakitic can play at DM. Maybe Oriol will grow into a decent back-up as well. Considering the current state of things, Busi can go join Iniesta in Japan in a year if he doesn’t suddenly grow legs. Which he won’t.
