Great result but...
A few Barcelona players really need to learn to pass to Lewandowski.
I can understand trying your luck from distance but in the most important match of the season, in those positions where you have Lewy open in front of goal with some space, you gotta use the best finisher.

Nice job Lewandowski. So relieved not to see him on any of that wild goose chase, like before.
He looked like a damn good, well oiled, integral part of the team. His not scoring was made up for by his excellent linkup performance.
His last season with BVB was like that, excellent link up play and dominating up front.
I have a feeling we'll see ol'good Lewa in the final this year. The boys started to connect and click finally...

He was great. He makes it so easy for his teammates. Every time RL9 plays in these big games, he attracts a lot of attention because of his reputation. Whenever the ball comes near him, he attracts 3 or 4 defenders and opens up so much space for his teammates. Yesterday he created so much space for Raphinha and Yamal, it's unreal.
Whenever Barca were in trouble and being pressed, they were going long to RL9 and he was dominating the aerial duels. He doesn't just the win the first header but he directs the header to his teammates consistently. Insane heading accuracy.
Let down by his dumb teammates yet again. Would have had a brace if they made those blatantly obvious schoolboy passes. Raphinha, Cancelo and Yamal have shite decision-making.
Just having RL9 in your team makes a manager's job so much easier. There's no other striker who's mobile, dominant in the air, one of the greatest goalscorers ever, has great touch, vision, decision making and passing skills while being adept at participating in quick interchanges with midfielders and has leadership qualities too at the same time. No one! One of the most versatile and complete strikers you'll see.
And then there are nincompoops on this forum who want Xavi to start Guiu and Roque over RL9 in a CL knockout game! God bless their souls!

Raphi and Yamal pass way more to him than in the beginning of the season but overall a problem is that they or Cancelo/Felix shoots too often from outside the box. They can try it if a team parks the bus and we have no space but there were 2-3 situations when Lewa and Raphi had a lot of space in the box and Cancelo shoots from the distance lol. Gundo is the perfect man, guy only shoots from the distance when he sees the perfect opportunity otherwise he passes the ball. It's a pity that Lewa didnt got a goal yesterday, he deserved it for his performance!

He won most of the long balls yesterday. Initiated many attacks, ran in the first half alone more than in some LaLiga games. You saw it in his white face with heavy breathing when Taylor whistled after 45 min that he gave everything. Very good performance and if Lamine plays it better in some situations, Lewy also scores yesterday.
A very good example of a striker with a super performance even without scoring. Now he can rest on the weekend to recharge his batteries for Tuesday. We'll need the same performance again from him.

I really can see Robert's form on the raise. I tell you, he looks like 2021 CL compaign. It pleases me greatly, considering the upcoming Euro in Germany, most likely his last major event with the national team. 👍
