Love the way he can receive and release the ball with either foot. Means he can always have his body in the right position to either evade defenders, or quickly transition the ball. Doesnt need that extra touch to sort out his body position. His playstyle just exudes this calmness and...

Nothing wrong with the 4231 in principle, some of the best teams in recent history have used it. Koeman's "4231" however is an abomination. - The 4 attackers are always in a line. We play a 424 in attack, not a 4231. - The 2 DMs dont hold their position and have way too many attacking duties...

Its a mix of everything - physical and skill decline, not adapting to physical and skill decline, reduced motivation, messed up team formation, cucked teammates and coaches. The facts are that regardless of who or what is to blame, we play better as a team without him.

Play him as AM or not at all. At LW/LM he doesn't seem to see many options and he limits himself to only dribbles and 1-2 passes. Same as in the Getafe game.
