Hazard and Chelsea deserve each other. With all the money the have likes of City and Chelsea can only get players that Barca or Real don't want so they settle for second tier choices and money grabbing...

Wow, just read the last few pages here. I've never seen so much envy.

Anyway, I was hoping for him to go to United, but nevertheless I wish him all the best at Chelsea.

99th best won the CL this year, so I do not know what your point is except that Chelsea got a top player who will need to be worked on, like every other player.

Real Madrid would kill for Yaya and Barca would do the same for Kompany..so I wouldn't call them exactly 2nd tier choices.

I don't think it's envy..most of us dislike him because of the way he behaved during this transfer.

Envy? Did you use the right word?

Doesn't realy make sense for Barcelona fans to be envious of this move.

Take a hint Raed. I don't really want to go into causality of prostitution. But one is clearly of questionable moral character and the other is rich but can't get what he really wants as they snub him so he pays over the odds for what's offering.

Greece also won the EC. So I don't know what's your point?

Madridistas have this incessant need to describe the CL winners as worthy, and the best in Europe

My sentiments exactly. Seeing all the hype and commotion here is a bit odd though.
I guess Hazard is really a gem in video games.

It would be fun the season after... Chelsea won't have the lady luck forever and they won't finish in top 4 next season either. I'm looking forward to see what the big mouth would be sayin' then

Hazard is a very good player indeed. Chelsea have made a great purchase. Who the hell cares how he behaves as a youngster? He is getting paid for playing football - something that he is damn good at. He is still young and will become wiser as he grows up. Pretty normal for every person.

Would have preferred him to move to City but since City and Chelsea are similar clubs (small insignificant clubs in terms of history (trophies) compared to FCB and thus not a danger in the bigger picture of all-time clubs based on trophies).

I can live with Chelsea and City dominating the domestic competitions in England as long as bigger clubs (in terms of trophies) such as Man Utd, Liverpool and Arsenal are not winning them and thus not getting closer to FCB.

Let me give you an example.

If Bayern had won the CL they would have surpassed our tally of 4 wins. Instead an small insignificant English team (in terms of history and trophies that is) won their first CL trophy and probably the only one in years to come.

Strange logic? Some could probably claim that but in the bigger picture you need to look past your small loyalties if they do not benefit your own club.
