I truly believe that, that atmosphere that night won us the game. It truly shocked the chelsea players as most of them have been to Anfield loads of times, and as I've said previously you can hear a pin drop many a time at Anfield for league games.
Chelsea would have beaten us that night in any other stadium imo.

Difficult to make these lists tbh. Is it based on consistency of noise or just stadia at their peaks?
Most big clubs have little to no atmosphere for average league games (Camp Nou especially) but can crank it up for big occasions/when they're pissed off.

Why revive a thread for what is an absolutely awful list?
Along with the absurdity of an only European top 10 (especially with big clubs like that, who tend to charge high ticket prices that don't exactly attact the most passionate crowds), the only Spanish clubs that would deserve to be anywhere near such a list are Sevilla, Betis, Athletic, Osasuna, Cadiz and Gijon. Basically Andalucian or northern clubs.

I've always liked Tottenham's White Hart Lane.
Their fans seem to be more conservative(Less bogans or football hooligans or whatever u call it) but at the same time make just as much noise.
I remember in their CL match vs Real Madrid they were basically gone with a 0-4 scoreline and yet the chanting didn't feel any less inferier than previous games.
