The magic is fading, he still has some moments but he can't win us games on his own anymore.
I'm not sure if its some ego shit or if our players really are braindead but passing the ball to him at every opportunity even when hes BEHIND the play, this is some retarded shit. New players are also doing this. Ansu will be the next to be turned into a braindead Messi siphon which would be criminal considering his finishing abilities

meh game, but tbf he hasn't got players around him that actually use their brains. aside from coutinho, all of them are not up to the standard.
even in a shit game he did better than fati and griezmann and better at providing through balls and passes than our midfielders.

What players DO KNOW is=you need to pass to him no matter where he is.
A funny thing:
Trincao had the ball in the 92th minute.
He lost it.
Messi yelled.
Trincao won it back.
He passed it to Messi right away.
10 seconds later, he got the ball again. He didn't look for anyone in our team, he had to pass it to Messi again.
Frenkie is passing to Messi all the time.
Roberto, the same.
Busi, the same.
Alba, always.
And Fati and Trincao after Messi yelled at them.

as for the bolded part, there was a play where Frenkie had the LB running ahead and instead of passing it, he turned back to find a crowded Messi and then got fouled
won't even get started on him dropping next to Busi once again. our most dangerous attacker is closer to our CBs than the oppos goal
