For all conflicts that exist between Barca fans, selling/keeping Arthur being one of them, I haven't seen ANYONE argue for the sake of getting Pjanic, that's the one thing everyone agrees with.

If Arthur goes, Thiago should come, together with the midfielder that should be bought no matter who stays/leaves.

De Ligt has been immense for Juventus after a very rough start. Hes the only Juventus player I would take for Arthur, Demiral got a lot of hype for a handful of games (he played 7 games this season and had a bad injury?).
