They are asking for a clause in the contract that makes sure he won't play DM.

But nice to see where your priorities are. Forget about the well being of the team as long as you're proved right on a forum board.

LOOOOOL! If this is the truth he can go and fuck himself! What an idiot! :shakeshead:

If this is not some kind of media bullshit we should just sign De Jong and forget about this clown.

Tbf, we can't know for sure is this is true. However, the worrisome thing about this is that it's not actually farfetched knowing their history of complaining about position on the pitch and whatnot.

So that's what you took from that tweet? Nothing about his or his agent's lack of professionalism?

How about another bit of information for you:

That tweet smells bullshit pretty hard for me.

Of course, Rabiot prefer to play more freely but he wouldn't stall for something like that.
This type of clause doesn't exist, it is just fantasy, i think.

The guy publishing that tweet is just riding on the Rabiot hate train. I would believe more the other tweet about Rabiot agent listening to other lucrative offers.

Anyway, i'm pretty sure he will end in Barça.

I would accept this clause if he would lower his wages to 6-7M/year and he would agree to not ask for a pay raise for at least 3 years.

But it's probably just BS.

RMC is saying Bayern Munich has contacted PSG about Rabiot.
The latter is already OK with Barcelona but will still listen to the offer of the Bavarian.

If Munich cant pull off a transfer this winter, they intend to rival Barcelona for a free signing this summer.

This is more credible and on line with Rabiot character (money). The famous clause is an obvious lie (i already told you that guy is either very accurate or very wrong).

It's gonna be fun as hell if he ruins his chance to join Barca. But I'd be surprised if he didn't come.

I neve believe in those clauses... contracts are legal documents that have no room for interpretation. clauses about minimal number of games are plausible, clauses like this (play in such position, not have to defend and all that bullshit) are fiction.

It would be even more fun (just for the entertainment purpose on barcaforum) if Bayern would sign him and he would become a worldclass player there and put his personal problems behind him while at the same time a can't miss generational talent Frenkie would fail with us.

That would be bad for us, so not fun at all.

Valverde got this under control. Give him the "No Dm clause" and Ernie will just play with 3 CB's with Rabiot being a ball playing CB that plays on a higher line.
