Have to say, it gives me immense joy knowing Real are no longer going to dominate/will/luck their way into finals wins for the time being.

I'm volunteer at this match. Such an awesome experience. Yesterday had a long talk with Uncle Flos limo driver. Today got excellent view during my shift break.
80% of staffers favor Atletico.

Yeah they miss CR7 but their entire backline setup is just awful.

Backline is fine. Their brain farts are on and off, yes, but normally we'd have somebody to pull us back into the game and it would end with something stupid like 4-2 or 5-3. They're geared towards offense. Now this factor isn't really there. Putting Mayoral on is almost a non-verbal way of saying "Mr President, look who I have to put on to try and change the game. Get your nuts out of the wallet and get a veteran of one sort or another."

I mean losing CR7 is big but Real still have the players to win and be competitive in the CL and league.

What's killing them is their backline. Misplaced passes, betting bullied hard and drawn out by Atletico's attackers to easily. And these guys aren't bad players at all, easily some of the best in their positions. Just a night to forget I guess.

Real Madrid have never lost a final under Zidane have they?

About to lose the first one in their first chance under Lopetegui and conceding 4 goals.

SMH.

I remember ‘Morten’ a few weeks back, Felt offended and Said that I look like someone who doesn’t watch much football, Because I thought it was absurd someone like varane made the top 10 of FIFA best.
