I just wish that before this Vote of No Confidence goes into play or whatever Leo would come out with a statement like "I cannot renew as of right now because I disagree with the direction this club is going..." or something like that. That would either make the board resign or push the urgency for the Vote of No Confidence through the roof.

I might have my tin foil hat on but Messi posting pics where the whole gang is hangout out with Neymar the same time the board is waging open war with Neymar. Sure looks like Messi have chosen who to side with in this battle. If Messi turns on the board, its only a matter of hours before they're gone

Messi turning on the board in a major way is one of the few things that could actually make them all step down, and fast. His situation with the contract expiring in 2018, where he could leave for free, is enormous leverage.
Given the choice, I'd rather have a chaotic season where we end up without trophies and the entire board gets replaced, than one more season where Messi almost single handedly pulls us to another trophy that legitimizes them to continue. This board is slowly but surely chipping away at the bedrock of what makes this club successful.
