Yea this is...interesting. It would be better to put good fucking offter on table and be humble and ask how liverpool can come out of this as winner, but this...eoe.

In my opinion this is a strategy to try and get Coutinho to do more in his quest to leave us - which he'll probably do tbh, so it isn't a bad strategy, it just won't work unless that £130m figure is met.

I think, had it been any other board and if bid was 100m in cash + 30m in variables (say trophy or two and 30 games played) they would have sold him.

They really risk huge resentment from him over this. I havent seen anything like this where player returned to normal. I know I would be pissed as hell WC or no WC.

the bid was 80 million spread over 4 years. plus addons that are impossible. barca can fuck off with that offer. liverpool will not accept anything less than 150 Million all upfront.. if barca acted respectful and bid in june they would have coutinho already... any more joke offers and i think liverpool will stop dealing with barcelona at all. you already got suarez on the cheap.
