The difference is that Barca's fans were angered by these shaddy deals, and stood against them, as well as turned against their own President after it was proven that he was involved in corruption acts. PSG fans aren't too bothered by their oil club being involved in shaddy deals at all.

This difference is why Barca is Barca, and PSG will be PSG.

So, the difference is not that Barca are saints and PSG are the devil. But that Barca's culture and fans would punish the club for going against their code and morals. PSG fans wouldn't.
