antonnn, man, what's the lowdown on Andreas Christensen nowadays? He's 19 now, and his supposed talent in mind, should probably be on the verge of some frequent top flight footy sooner rather than later. Thing is, under Mou that's not exactly likely to happen. So are there talks of a loan to a Championship side or perhaps a low key PL side, or will he get another season with the talents and perhaps more frequent cup appearances with the first team?

Christensen will go the same way as most Chelsea youth products. He'll never be a Chelsea player, he'll go out on loan a few times until he can be cashed in on. I mean no one can see the future, and he could make it, but I don't think he's one of the ones that people look at in Chelsea's academy and expect big things of.

That's what I expect too, sadly. He should've gone to Ajax or PSV instead.

Yeah he's most likely one that will go on loan. He's been talked about a few times, one of those who's halfway between having no chance and actually having a chance. He's got a better chance than a lot but his actual chances don't seem to be huge either. He's meant to be pretty good though, so he'll probably end up a good player elsewhere, like a decent amount of our youth players. Most of them aren't actually bad, just not Chelsea quality. We'll see how it goes, he's probably the most, or at least one of the most promising of our young CBs.

How was he? I was sleeping, since we already became champions I don't have a "watch football" sleeping pattern atm.

Chelsea are playing is Sydney in a few days. I have no money to fly to Sydney and watch them play. Shattered. :( If they came to Melbourne I'd have made somebody buy me a ticket. First time they've been here for 40 years.

Apparently Chelsea will allow Cech to join a EPL rival, with United and Arsenal the 2 who want to sign him. A United move will depend on De Gea, so it seems more like he'll move to Arsenal. I'd prefer him to go to another league but it'd be understandable if he left for an EPL club. Probably more likely to be Arsenal.

No idea, haven't been keeping track. Either way it sucks he's probably going to go to one of them, but he's given us such great service over the 11 years that I guess we'll all reluctantly accept him moving to a rival.
