For me, any of the Xavi seasons were the worst, simply because it was painful to watch our style of play (or lack thereof) under him. So glad that we finally have a tactically astute manager in charge again.

Thought he meant in terms of squad strength/quality of players?

When I think about it, there's an argument to be made that this is actually the weakest/worst side ever since I can remember.

Would be like any other bum season on any other manager where we didn't have Messi.

And our style of play this season has started to become painful

I mean you’re entitled to your opinion but I enjoy our football under Flick. I look forward to our games again.

I also have the philosophy that I’d rather we play entertaining attacking football and lose/draw some games than win 1-0 but at the expense of my entertainment.

Which highlights the importance of having a great manager at the helm. Our football has changed drastically (for the better) since Flick took over.

Of course early days and a lot can still go wrong, but so far, so good.

Spoken like a true loser
I would rather we win trophies.

The more i read comments, the more I think some fans don't understand their is a big difference between the arsenal & dortmund's of the world and FC Barcelona.

But some wanted us to basically be them a few years back when things weren't looking great.

"Let's just loose for a few years and play okay football, arsenal did it and they are fine now".

Easiest question ever. 2021-22 Barcelona. Adama Traore was brought as a star attacker of that team in the winter to save us. Let that sink in.

How we bounced back from that in just 1 season is impressive.

21/22 was the worst probably.. But on the other hand if we survived this, we can survive anything
