Easy question, added a few options guys here have mentioned.

Not including Haaland who is impossible and Kane who has a contract and want to stay in Munich. Samu tore his ACL so not including him either.

Osimhen the obvious mainstream alternative here.

Catalan media still wanking over Alvarez though. Not much being written about Osimhen, yet.

Signing a WC centre back and some shit striker just makes no sense. A centre back will reduce the brainfarts in our defense but systematic problems will be still there and he'll have less impact. A top striker brings a new dimension to our attack while also significantly improving our defense with intense pressing

So this rules out all options bar the elite ones we can get. On this list it's Osimhen, Alvarez and Thuram. The three strikers who have proven their quality on big stage and more or less guarantee big improvement over what we currently have

There is no doubt that Osimhen should be the absolute priority. He has potential to reach absolutely unbelievable heights in this Flick system. I don't know why catalan media doesn't make any rumors about him, almost as if the club is not interesed in him

If not for Osimhen, I take Thuram. Both because he's more affordable than Alvarez and profile-wise a better fit

Osimhen and Alvarez are the only true potentially (not guaranteed) season or long-term changing options, for me.

I prefer Alvarez as a player but I accept majority on here prefer Victor. Victor may well fit in the team better too.

The problem with football transfers is plenty go so wrong. Last season Gyokeres was flavour of the year and he has gone to Arsenal and as expected by some not been that good. Identifying and executing a successful transfer is so hard, as there's only so many top players, and even if they are a top player, getting them to both fit into and perform in your team is a challenge.

Gyokeres is exactly why we have to be very careful with what we do this summer

Like I said Osimhen, Alvarez and Thuram are the only ones here who have done it consistently on top stage for several seasons. Thuram probably a level below the other two but I believe he would fit in very well here too

Other guys are maybe good and will become top strikers one day but we just can't risk it at this moment to sign someone who may or may not live up to his hype

I agree with that.

Barca should sign Osimhen.

Alvarez is the wrong profile for this system. He's not even an out and out 9.

Osimhen is rapid, tall and good in the air with good positioning, instincts and finishing. The cherry on top is his relentless work rate.

If he was called Victor Osijez, this wouldn't even be a conversation.

Gyok would kill it here.
