The transfer system

Fanciful as this may seem, I would like to see sanctions introduced to clubs who sign players either to keep other clubs from having them (football is business, and in business this practice is viewed as anticompetitive) or with no intention - particularly for young players who are key members of other teams - of ever introducing them into their squads. What do you think?

My ideas tie into the corruption of the loan system, which teams like Chelsea have made an absolute farce of.

tbh ,while I hate what Chelsea doing I don't think they are breaking any rules or even ethics
ultimately the only way this will be fixed when players realize they better of to start into smaller teams rather than joining the big clubs and get loaned
But even that is doubtful .big clubs will always pay more money and the player and their agents & Family will always take the money in hand rather than taking the risk
