I'm just pointing out that Nole is an embarrasing nickname. And every time I see someone write 'CR7', I cringe. Even people I like and respect.

The fact the clown himself poses in and sleeps in boxer shorts that say 'CR7' makes me feel second-hand humiliation for him.

Nole is commonly used for people called Novak in ex yu countries

It's not that he gave that name to himself it's probably just what they used to call him

That was one of Federer's best matches. His celebration was iconic and cool af too.

Nadal was probably the biggest winner that day though. Djokovic owned him that year on all surfaces and would have been his best shot to beat him at his peak in RG.

Very true.

2011 was probably Nole's 2nd best year/season ever.
