What's with football clubs and middle-eastern money??

I hope we will not end up like PSG and Citei.

Let's accept it, it's the way how the world works today.. Of course we all hope the club won't be so money minded like PSG and Citei, but we have to find means to move on for the future.

We should use the money to make the world a better place; not to buy football players for millions, but to make the club more than a club again.

^ You are being sarcastic, right? This is a soccer club, it's meant for business. What we have to do is actually buy some players for millions, so we become stronger contender for trophies, which in turn will increase our revenue and attract more fans to keep the business running.

Of couse if there's some $ for the more than a club cause as you preached, it's nice, but it's not a priority, if it doesn't materialize, there's still a business in FCB to be managed.

I'm not trying to be insensitive to the "more than a club" cause, but unfortunately, that's how soccer works nowadays. FCB has become a large scale business which each time seems to drive more and more away from the Catalonia roots.

My problem is earning that amount of finances with Rosell in charge of the club. I'm not sure he and the managers care about really expanding the club business, based on the management board dreadful decisions and transfers (and lack of them) lately, and I wonder if he and board will use the new revenue source to make this club bigger.

Hope and pray for Qatar Airways logo removal. I need a jersey soon and took an oath not to buy anything with Qatar on it.

Well, dream on.. Because it seems that they will be with us for quite awhile. It's simply business for the greater good of the club. Dont worry about this club evolving to a money minded club like PSG. This isn't just another ordinary club..
