Worth noting that contract expires 2025 so not alot of bargaining power for the sale. Probably why PSV are looking to negotiate down from 10m if they have agent word he won't renew (and he won't if Xavi stays). Could be a dangerous game for them though if a Prem team decides to bite this Summer.

Now the question is, if Cancelo is going to be a LB going forward (reminder he was bought at RB), should we consider having Dest back as LB option and save the transfer fee/huge wage?

Dest was actually alright here aswell when at LB. Being inverted helped curve his tactical naivities somehow.

Fort shouldn't be considered for first team plans next season under any circumstances.
This will be killing his career before it starts. Let him be the emerging option like this year.
