At his very best he was elite, but hasn't been at that level for half, if not most of his career. No shame in being very good though.

Dybala is essentially a weaker version of Griezmann.

Griezmann has been elite/World Class for most of his career. Was arguably the most impactful player for the French NT, and even Griezmann was never really regarded as the best player in the world.

Depends how talent is defined. If it's just in terms of ability on the ball, then Dybala and a lot of those #10 types like Isco and Foden are more talented.

In terms of effectiveness and potential, then other more athletic players with less "talent" are probably ahead
