According to Montevideo,Uruguay based radio station Radio 1010 we are interested in the talented young Midfielder and they also state Luis Suarez was the one that recommended Barca's scouting department to follow the young Midfielder.

Nico is currently playing with the Uruguay U-20 national team right now along side Santiago Bueno, who we signed a week ago. Nico has been a Key player for Uruguay and helped Uruguay become the First South American team to qualify for the WC U-20 in South Korea which takes place this summer.
