Win would be massive. Atletico will be in trouble vs Betis and we can possible get by while putting Madrid at 5 points.
Im confident team will be much better than last night. 50/50 match up though.
Hopefully Liverpool eliminates them from cl while we beat them in la liga.

More than a corrupt referee, I'd like to see Barca better prepared for a match of this intensity...especially compared to the last time we faced them at Camp Nou. It was a tepid if not altogether meager performance against our biggest rival
Zidane has proven to have his band of misfits more mentally fit and tactically prepared to apply pressure to the weakest areas of Barca's shape. Will Koeman have learned or still lack the appropriate preparation of the team
It's one thing to show your steel against lesser opponents or chase a result when behind, another to face a strong opponent and dominate it from the first whistle - we have yet to see that sort of performance this season from Barca

Dominated Sevilla twice, Real Sociedad away, Bilbao away, PSG away, Juventus away.
If anything the games against poorer opposition at home and away in cup have been the uneasier ones latetly.

you can delete those two as the results were heavily influenced by the context.
juve without ronaldo and got 3 goals denied by VAR + our first was through a deflection. one of those goes against us and it might have been another game. reflected by the beating we took at home.
psg away was a good display from us, but we didn't even manage to win and the dices were already thrown.
And the context of our home game vs Juventus doesnt matter? You can always be as miserable as you want to be.

Nah will keep them in as big teams Barca dominated.
Three goals rightly chopped off indeed. Barca dominated Juve over there.
Didnt manage to win v PSG but dominated the game as did the others. Messi scores that pen and Barca have decent chance to go through. Small margins.
To say Barca have not dominated in any big games is wrong.

Juventus were better team as Barca defended poorly and sat back too deep in first half. Also soft pen if wanting to look for excuses.
Ronaldo back for them made all the difference from first game where did not get one legitimate shot on target and were dominated. Go read what Juve fans/pundits thought of that game.
Sad part for Barca is when they played higher up park in second half looked the much better side but too late and damage done.

koeman has 2 big games to make amends. real away and atletico at home. plus, there is the added incentive that if we win both we might be champions.

Juve at home and PSG at home are the two games Barca got it wrong that stand out this season for me.
Koeman can do nothing wrong in those two games v Real/Atletico and Barca still dont win. Or can get it wrong and find a way to still win. Result not all on him either way.
No one is claiming Barca have dominated every big game when clearly not the case.
