Picked up some awful situations after covid and where club was with ageing squad.

Also picked up a squad with MATS, Araujo, Balde, FDJ, Pedri, Gavi, Dembele etc all there so not all bad and had base to work off... Better group than they have brought in to this point.

No one 'saved' Barca though.

In addition some of the levers they pulled and will further pull were set up by previous board.. again helping to mitigate some of the shit show they left.
