Thought this guy had a thread already.

Winger for Juvenil A, signed in the summer.

I really like this player. I find his technical abilities absolutely exquisite.

Still I will be surprised if he makes it as he is really tiny. Not Squeeky Puig small, but small none the less.

Still, really enjoy watching him at the level and hopefully he gets a solid shot in the B next season.

Not an impressive 45min from him but you can see the qualities that distinguish him as a tenacious attacker (even getting a talking to from the ref to be more tranquilo)

Xavi Espart really impresses everytime I watch him for Juvenil A

Espart is a DMC/CM filling in at RB too, so building that workrate and hustle ala Casado.

How was the game, did we win?

5-0, I stopped watching at HT when they were comfortably up 2-0

Not surprising, like most cantera kids they get moved around but his midfield qualities are really apparent - so easy on the ball, has a great feel for when to drive forward into space and deliver the right pass. I believe every attacking sequence led by him were with him centrally and never overlapped Pradas

Virgili struggled mostly

He's talented, but needs to add some height or speed if he wants to be close to an elite level player or drop deeper to A.M.

Dont see it at all from what have seen.

Not athletic enough.

Looks like one of those small, technical players that lack much physically and are highly rated then fade away.

Juv A is full of those types at moment and almost always is.

He's superb- at a level.

Anything above youth level is gonna be a struggle from what I seen.

If we compare to say even Riqui Puig, who was/is tiny. But has very good agility and speed to get around the deficiency somewhat. I don't know if Virgili can.

It's more ball control and spatial intelligence that will get you around physical battles. Virgili seems plenty quick to me. Maybe he's not talented enough. I can't really tell from the videos. Impressive dribbling from the wing and some decent creative passing and awareness but lacking the feeling of a reliable quality in general play.

An Ilias level talent perhaps?

Getting his chances in the B in past 2 games so we will know much more of his come end season.

I think he is a better LW than RW, and should be played there. There is a talent gap there though it seems Urena is finally back from injury. Will take a while to get back to full fitness though.
