Agree. Perfect scenario would be for a season. First would be nice to win it once, secondly watch Tebas beg on his knees to come back.

La Liga is interesting. Even some of the weakest teams we struggled with (Las Palmas, Leganes) while slapping around some heavyweights.
It's far from just Barca for me and it's always been that way as a lot of the teams have historic character.

Refereeing is bad however and very biased in favour of a certain team from the capital. It's been that way ever since I can remember. And how far their influence reaches is fact hordes of people that don't even watch la liga have been gaslight into thinking it's other way around.

Apart from fantasy football realistically in extreme conditions Barca can join Ligue 1 as close geography.

IIRC it was in discussion during 2017 Catalan independence referendum and the government crackdown.

Ligue 1 makes the most sense but probably the worst financially. Their league is a mess and poor TV money.

It would also be very boring with 2 good games (PSG) in entire season.. In La Liga there is derby against Atletico, then Catalan derby with Espanyol, its more than just El Clasico..
