Getting help

Okay,I have been getting help for 6 years now.I was doing great but college and other things destroyed me.now I am 28 and lost.It will work out though.

Bruh I think you need to keep this to one thread instead of opening a new one all the time.
Do continue getting help though and perhaps look to change therapists or something if it's not working for you.
