These days, it's easy to tell when you have a another Sandro Ramirez, Munir, Carles Perez etc...

This guy is definitely the next in that assembly line up of players that need to be shipped out before given a chance in the first team when we already know they aren't good enough!

I kept watching the replay. How did he hurt his arm? Or, was it his elbow? The way they bandaged him up, I thought he broke something.

I said in the match thread, Dani has had under 400 minutes this season in the B due to injuries.

He was great in his first return, but has been off form in this second return. So despite being the best player in the side as of today (note not potential), I was still surprised Flick picked him.

He can play both wings, though he is better on the right as he can cut in, while he is not that pacy for the left.

I think if he can stay injury free then we have a good player here. And given that Lamine doesnt have a backup and won't rest unless he absolutely needs to like Messi did, then getting Dani R getting alot more involved for next season would be a good solution while we focus on a AML/ST signing and RB.

I said it before the game, Flick got the players that B team were willing to spare, rather than best players.

I doubt he felt that Dani atm is better than the lijes of Toni & Virgili.

Well, that would certainly be true for subs. But then if you follow that narrative then you would be suggesting that we were prioritizing the B team result ahead of the A.

I think Dani started because Flick saw him as the best solution. If not, Toni (or Virgili) would have started in the A and Dani R would have replaced him as starter in the B.

For those who didn't see a minute yesterday, for sure, they were making up the numbers without influencing the starting 11 of the B today.

Agreed, I saw him as someone that could do yamal type things.

Saw him as the best solution.

Darvish he called up just because.

Farre if we had won easily might have gotten garbage minutes
