I have some feeling Lautaro will make it for the second leg, already rumors among Inter sources that it's possible

Then we remember how Thuram and Dumfries were supposed to be injured then orchestrated all 3 of their goals. Probably mind games by Inzaghi
How the fucc is that possible :/

This is just admiting you don't see the fine details and chosinf the easy way out of it

I'm curious about this one. Why do you think Pedri chose to protect himself instead of risking getting hit by Dumfries and earning a freekick for the team? Surely you don't think he did that because he was tired. It was pure instinct.

Pedri has consistently put his body on the line to a fault.

But how many times he is put in the same situation? Pedri went for the ball against a bigger player and Denzel beat him to it.

It is a situation he isn't trained for. The same way Raphinha failed to clear the ball, the same reason Olmo failed to mark his man in the 3rd goal.

Those are the reasons those goals were scored. Not imaginary motivational reasons.

Yeah, he beat him to it because he gave up on the duel. Not because of anything else. He shows fighting spirit there, he wins the foul, no goal.

I didn't say he always does that. But this time he did. And those moments can make a difference in a tie like this. That's what it is about.

Everybody knows that if you have a chance to clear the ball in that situation you do it. He didn't do it because he was scared. It's fine, he can do other things other players can't on the ball. In that specific situation, other players would have done better in defense.

Fecking hell, the guy who didn't do anything on that handball block by Dumfries 2 years ago is the one on VAR vs Inter this time again.

That is absolute nonsense, again, easy route here.
Maybe because a guy like Dumfries is bigger, stronger and more athletic and the ball was closer to him?

You think if it was reversed it won't be the same? That's pure science fiction

BREAKING: Balde is practically ruled out of the Inter game as his recovery hasn’t gone as expected. While Lewandowski has made a miraculous recovery and will travel to Milan.

37 year old Lewandowski recovers faster than 21y old Balde....
Well it's at least something. Now we have a good sub to threaten Inter with, when they grow tired.
