another boring draw .. tomorow the decisive last game .. to win the game = to win the world the championship .. a draw means a mini serie of blitz ( short timed games )

Just got home .. game 12 ended , another Ruy Lopez another draw .. this is the first time ever a world championship is going to be decided by rapid time chess .. this is just so wrong on so many levels .. there is a seperate world championship for rapid chess .. 12 games is not sufficent at all .. the players are also to blame for this extra cautious chess they have been playing .. i lost interest now ..the real fight is over .. now winning is about the title and nothing more

congratulations to Karjakain , he gave magnus a run for his money .

the match is still underwhelming but we are in 2016 .. players are extreamly well prepared .

hopefully a new candidate emerge to challenge Carlsen next time

caruana of 2014 sinquefeld cup would have given magnus a great match. but as it stands, caruana has became as boring as carlsen.
