Limak is not focusing on reopening but getting the structure up. And that is making sense, imagine another crisis of raw materials. Fixing the chairs was probably the PR stunt to sell VIP. They do work on the old stands but not exclusively.

I don't see them focusing 100% on that and will be stupid on a bilion project since inflation can be a bitch. If Trump invades Panama or Greenland we have to pay 2 billions and Limak is bankrupt.
