Bundesliga vs La Liga. Does Germany really have an advantage?

Many of us will have heard in their about the English Premier League disadvantages of not having a winter break and their high amount of games.

What about the gap between Spain and Germany.

Does Germany have an advantage to do with Fatigue?
Do Barcelona actually have an advantage because they can give un-risked match-time for the rest of their squad against lower quality teams for example in Copa del Rey legs?

38 La Liga games - 9 Copa del Rey Legs - 2 Supercopa = 49
34 Bundesliga games - 6 German cup matches - 1 German Super cup match = 41

The holiday winter break is 2 weeks in Spain and 4 weeks in Germany. Is 4 weeks too long?

What do you mean by this?

Squad experimentation and match-time to 'the lesser in our squad' for example in the round of 32 and round of 16 copa del rey matches. Especially as it goes for two legs.

Germany not only has the advantage because of the long winter break, but also the fact that the DFB Pokal for the teams starts in August and is only one leg.

I thought of this thread when I saw this article today. Published on April 4th http://www.insidespanishfootball.com/103190/ancelotti-were-giving-cristiano-ronaldo-a-rest/

In it it says:
Ancelotti also spoke about the impact of a busy fixture list, when it comes to the fitness of the players, pointing out that with so many games to play in Spain and in Europe, it’s inevitable that such continued action will take its toll on the players.

“It’s a very difficult calendar to work with. If we compare ourselves with Germany, they have a winter break and are fresher for what’s to come in February and March. In January, we’ve played nine games. It’s a miracle that there are five Spanish teams competing in Europe, with this fixture calendar. That’s why it’s only natural to expect injuries.”
