JAmes played well only because he took over CR's spot. It won't happen again and he'll be back in the midfield looking lost like the past two games.

I don't think James will have a better season than Di Maria had last year.
Also James likes to play more forward, playing in that midfield 3 is not ideal for him. Notice since Ronaldo came in and James has been pushed backwards, he doesn't look as dangerous as he did in the first half.

Yes but seeing Courtois there for the past 2-3 seasons and now this GK looks tiny
Oh yes Courtois is a giant... sometimes I feel 2m is even too tall for a GK, they are often too slow when going to the ground and lack agility. But Courtois very quick for his height.

How do they intend to play vs Barca? The tactic that used to work in the past was croud the midfield with bodies and counter... Now that Khedira is almost gone and Alonso is ageing, a midfield of Kroos-Modric cant stop our midfield anymore. And Di Maria´s lethal runs would be out too, James doesnt seem to be the best counter attacking player.
