It'll end a comprehensive win for you guys. I think Real Madrid is winning the other semi.

Barca to win the supercup against Real in extra time.

Barca fans are so cucky. It's funny how some of them were praising Perez for fighting against the Miami game. And now he is on the receiving end of the cash cow in Saudi, you only hear crickets.

Nor will he, or any Barca cucks, bring up the fact that in Saudi, Madrid have 9 times the number of fans as Barca, meaning every Classico that has been played there has effectively been a Madrid home game.

Perez only cares about Perez. He don't give a shit about football morality.

The Miami game was a much missed opportunity for much needed money. And would have been a great middle finger to a League that actively works against us and a power play warning for them to watch themselves in the future.

We should try again.

Your whole post it moot. Blame it all on big bad wolf.
Must have missed the part where almost all La Liga teams, many players and some of our own too, protested against Miami match.
Whether it was a good opportunity or not is another matter.

How old are you, 10?

Old enough to see the irony of you of all people complaining about blaming everything on the ' big bad wolf '. :spank:

Crickets? I literally posted an hour before this post about how Perez is a hypocrite for this situation. The solution of course isn't that Laliga should be played in USA but the supercup returning to Spain.

I would really like to hear his answer how this is ok but LL in Miami wasn't? What's different? Of course nobody will ask him that, he's got media in his pocket.

For me it's a meaningless competition since the change of format and location. I don't consider it a real trophy anymore and would boycott it if I was in Laporta's shoes.

It should be a one match tie in La Cartuja before the start of the season but the money grabbing whores (Pique, Perez, Laporta....) will never agree to it now.

The difference is equal and fair opportunities.

Super cup is entirely played on neutral stadium. The league is home and away.

If you take a game in USA, then you disturb that balance. Essentially Villarreal gets one less home game, while Barca gets one less away game.

This is just semantics, friend. The fact is, is that Barca and Madrid will both effectively have home games in the semi finals and Madrid will have 75 percent of the stadium in a Classico final.

Bilbao have given up having 25 thousand of their fans in a true neutral venue like Seville, for having 500 fans in Saudi. And they do it willingly, all for the almighty petrol dollar. Just like every other La Liga club, that hypocritically opposed the Miami game, would if they were given the same opportunity.

But apparently Villarreal can't do the same in Miami??

All of this under the strange backdrop of Barca fans opposing the game out of loyalty to a League that shows them none, and actively works against them.

All a hypocritical, bizarre farce of a situation, in my honesty opinion.

Of course it is semantics, however it is a strong argument. And it is why Perez don't need to control the media to avoid such questions. The answer will be clear and fairly strong.

For me, it is just business. Sport isn't about fairness and all this bullshit. It is part of the entertainment industry/business.

La liga games in USA is good for both entertainment (Americans are the kings of entertainment) and the business (Spain has done terrible job in marketing their league, and this is a good start).

But for Madrid it is about protecting their interests. Barca will play in essentially home ground in Miami, rather than in the Ceramica stadium, and they don't make money out of it.

Even though that is true it doesn't explain why should any Spanish competition should be played outside of Spain. Play in at a neutral stadium in Spain but we all know what all of these money grabbing whores want. Even the Miami match will happen some day, money over everything.
