Gundo and FDJ been two best players this season and have long been the one to say how well Gundo been doing when numpties making out otherwise.

People were hating on Ilkay for no reason. He's a player who has actually won the lot unlike his overrated teammates. Show him some respect.
Keep him as close to Lewy as possible. He's literally the only midfielder in the club who has the balls and vision to slip in a pass between/towards the final line of defense so that Lewy can take a touch and shoot. Happened in that Supercopa semi and yesterday.
Sick and tired of Lewy making those clever lil runs all game and get no passes.
Pedri the safe pass merchant and FDJ don't have a final pass in their locker. Yamal simply never passes it to Lewy.

FDJ has the most through balls in the team and created most chances yesterday.
Pedri literally created the Gundo goal with best pass of the match.

Nah FDJ plays deeper and it's not his job anyways. Makes line-breaking penetrative forward passes and good passes out to the wingers but not the final ball/assists. Not his job and zero assists in all comps this season.
Pedri is a safe pass merchant who rarely tries to play a final pass. Yesterday's assist changes nothing coz it's very rare. Barca fans have been criticising him all season for lacking that instinct in the final third.

Created the most chances.
Was the one involved in the most 'shot creating actions'.
But aye lets keep up this narrative he is a 'back pass merchant'.

Back pass merchant? Another straw man argument.
Have always lauded FDJ for beating the press and playing penetrative forward passes between the lines. It's just that he plays as a 6/deep lying mid so it's not his job to make assists.
Has never been an assist machine/final ball specialist throughout his career and doesn't need to be. Check his career numbers.

All excuses for Lewa that players behind him not doing job when he is by far worst of the lot in what he offers for options for those behind him.
Lewa got one ball yesterday from Gundo into feet that he miscontrolled and fell nicely then a world class finish.

Dont think his overall play was that great yesterday and he looked leggy... but that is how good he is with those two moments to win the game.
It is a shame Barca couldnt have kept him fresher this season and will absolutely need to next year as it is catching up on him.

Haha Gundo got best numbers in year and been the player with most touches in final third this season.
Try that one again.
As if Gundo is back defending as FDJ cant....
FDJ is better defensively than any other Barca mid even if not a DM.
Rest assured Gundo knows how good FDJ is.. he loves the wee quick ball he got yesterday for his assist etc.

Nah he isnt shit.. he was good defensively yesterday for example and got back in quickly to constantly double up and help Fort. Pressured well.
This idea that he makes Gundo worse is laughable.
'Trust Gundo' more... he is barely making one tackle a game deeper and is even getting into the positions to make tackles let alone make the mistakes is the reality.
There is no chance at all with the pace of Pedri and the headless chicken act of Gavi they would be better deeper.
Gundo has been moved from deeper in part because he is better on ball and a ghost defensively too often.
'Mikky' top bantz.. make it stick nice ring to it.
Could be worse.. could be claiming likes of Kounde is top class and amazing on ball etc.

If their is one thing jammy will do, is point to one game or one play to some how make de jong look better than he really is, ignore the body of work and evidence.
He's not just shit this season defensively, he's generally poor to average defensively is entire career at Barcelona.

How many times have we seen him just standing there as his man gets by him during his time at Barcelona?
