On a serious note, the club needs to take care of him and not run him into the ground too early. He has already 100 games with 17, that's absolutely insane. Flick needs to manage his minutes better next season.
First reason is obviously taking care of him, so he remains on that level his entire career and the second reason is, that he has still gas left for the crucial part of the season, as we're already dependend on him.

In theory it's nice, but in reality we are a significantly less effective team when he's not playing

So it's hard to rest him..

It'll be even harder when he starts a Dembele/Pedri in 2 years or be physically/mentally empty at 25. Messi had 9 appearances with 17, he has already 100. That's beyond dangerous.
