If confirmed, he's a good addition to PSG

On the pitch, this guy is deadly in the box. Need to be to replace Cavani.

+ haven't seen the stats but got the feel he's the type who plays even better in away games. Feeds off the pressure

If it's only a loan with an option to buy (and not obligatory buy) then PSG doesn't have much to lose. He'll need to play and behave (well, mostly keep Wanda under control, lol) well if he'll want to stay in Paris. I think they see Icardi more as a longterm replacement for Cavani than anything related to Neymar possibly leaving.

Yes.
If what is said is true, it is a win-win-win deal for all related parties.

PSG doesn't take too much risk with a loan of 5 M + an option of 65 M. If he is bad on and/or off the pitch, we don't buy him. On top of that Cavani is not good enough and more often injured as he is getting old. And he will leave for free at the end of the season. Good job to get his successor right now. We will be able to play a striker against Madrid as everyone is injured at the moment.

Inter Milan avoids selling him to Juve for cheap and don't have to deal with Wanda anymore. It covers exactly the cost of Lukaku.

Icardi gets a chance to revive his career in a more ambitious club than Monaco, Valencia, etc.

We will find out soon.

So far, Rabiot mom is behaving well at Juve despite the fact is soon is a benchwarmer at the start of the season.

That's the most funny thing with him. With Rakitic coming he will be an official benchwarmer in Juve.

A firm board not to give in to any whim of Neymar.

Leo was fantastic in showing everyone that the game was over at Parc des Princes, and that anyone there will have to adjust. And he brought Sergio Rico, Navas, Herrera, Gueye, Sarabia and Icardi.
