Why have we accepted such a low offer when he?s been playing really well and a wealthy Villa side were clearly desperate to sign him ??

Except he is playing really well and Aston villa fans were concerned about beundias development if they sign bumtinho

50% sell on fee might pay for Laporta's coffee sometime in 2024. Can't see where any significant amount would come from. Maybe Newcastle get desperate and want to sign him for 20m in January.

It's a good deal. No one is desperate enough to sign Coutinho for 40m with one year left on his contract.

Only three people in the world were keen fof this move to happen. Coutinho to play regularly until world cup, Steven Xavvard bringing in his amigo while watching him in 2016 tinted glasses and BBZ who creams for Coutinho and will die on that hill for some reason.

Magician. Barca couldn't use him properly.

Even Bayern used him better in that loan spell. Barca's loss(in way more ways than one)!

He's been alright, but not amazing.

His high wages mean a high transfer fee isn't possible, he's also a 30 year old Brazilian and we know how they decline.

You do know that if you don't win the CL final, you're going to be slapped around by everyone here all summer for being a clown whose club only managed a tinpot cup after all the quadruple chest thumping?

This got nothing to do with Liverpool. Read it again and use your lil brain, "scientist".

All you do is try and take shots at anything Barca related with your posts, rat.

Just giving you the appropriate return fire

Why are you always so frustrated and wound up?? The missus doesn't put out, does she?

Chill out. If you're dishing it out, then learn to take it back. Your posts aren't even cool like you seem to think, you come across as seething with anger. I really get under your skin without even trying.

Don't try to forcefully see Barca hate in every comment of mine. It's in your head most of the time. Too much anger ain't good. It's scientifically proven, dawg.

Not really, no. The first six months with us were better than anything he did outside Liverpool, including with Bayern. Something happened after that, especially mentally and that was that.

At Bayern he had the "luxury" of being a part time player so the pressure wasn't weighing on him that much. He was forgettable for Bayern, nothing to write home about.

We were mugged big time. He was at best a 50m player bought for triple that. Which in turn put pressure on him to perform to that level and he couldn't handle it.

Him taking a paycut to play for Villa and us getting 20m for him is best for everyone.
