- Media: laughable and biased conduct and news reporting. But that's not news, media are corporations themselves these days, not much different than Pfizer, Chevron, McDonald's, or whatever. They're all in it for money, seeking for mass support and approval, and scared of saying anything "offensive", or "controversial".
I agree with most of your post, but this is not the case. Media, as well as entertainment industry don't need rating and money at all. They belong to elite, who can fucking print money, when ever necessary. Or funnel it from our pocket without our consent. The same way as Soviet Union state press, tv and radio didn't 'need' money. They already got the money, because it all belong to their bosses by default. The goal is to brainwash, demoralize and humiliate people, not get money from them.

You reckon they win appeal?
It doesn't really matter. Australia is a totalitarian state - confirmed. If he actually wins appeal it's because 1) there still some tension in the middle tier of bureaucracy, where some people, especially judges, still operate by the old fashioned liberal/democratic principles and haven't got the memo from Gates and Schwab or 2) they realize they lose face and money by rejecting the currently best tennis player in the world to participate in rare even that makes Australia actually relevant to rest of the world

If the deadlock on totalitarianism is stronger and humiliation and oppression of people is of higher priority, then obviously his case is a lost one, because you can't "win" a case against soviet, if you're a dissenter.

just give djokovic his prize money, because that's why he wanted in anyway.

the man doesn't give a fuck about anyone in his own country. seems that it took australia to smack him around a bit and put him in his place.

However at an urgent court directions hearing on Friday evening, Djokovic?s counsel, Nicholas Wood, revealed that Djokovic?s visa had been partly revoked because the government believed he would excite anti-vax sentiment.

Djokovic?s lawyers say Australian visa cancelled to avoid ?exciting? anti-vaxxers ? as it happened
Wood noted that this was ?radically different? from the reason for the first cancellation and argued there was ?no rational basis? for the conclusion.

Fair point

After an emergency court hearing on Friday night prevented his immediate deportation, he is expected to appear at immigration offices or another location on Saturday morning and be formally detained. He cannot be removed from Australia while the legal action is afoot.

Mr Hawke said he had power under section 133C(3) of the Migration Act to cancel the visa held by Djokovic “on health and good order grounds, on the basis that it was in the public interest to do so.”

“This decision followed orders by the Federal Circuit and Family Court on 10 January 2022, quashing a prior cancellation decision on procedural fairness grounds,” he said.

“In making this decision, I carefully considered information provided to me by the Department of Home Affairs, the Australian Border Force and Mr Djokovic.
“The Morrison government is firmly committed to protecting Australia’s borders, particularly in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic.”

The personal powers granted to the Immigration Minister to cancel visas are extremely broad.

More like serbians are not brainwashed cucks like you or aussies are and don't give a shit about "positive" PCR tests (that have been proven to be phony even by its own developer, when used they way they are), if a person is not really ill. If he has no sympthoms, doesn't coof, doesn't display symptoms he is not a spreader. Period.
People with common sense understand that. Idiots regurgitating propaganda, don't.

The cognitive scores of children born during COVID are "almost two full standard deviations" lower than those born before

Researchers suggest this is likely due to mask mandates and lockdowns impairing early childhood development https://t.co/n1r5mBMvvs

There already have been several studies that show that masks are not only useless for mitigating the spread, but are actually veruy harmful, if used on daily bases as they are a bacteria gathering magnet that can trigger even shit like tuberculosis among people, who would never had such a risk and are constant impairment of oxygen intake that is the most important facility of human body ffs. Whenever your oxygen intake is somehow blocked, you get fucked up one way or another. It's one of the most serious causes of multitude of ails. Forcing this shit on children is basically making them more sick and retarded form very young age, which will become lasting and irreversible stain on their health, making them sickly underdeveloped as adults.
People, who mandate this shit should be put under Nurenber type of tribunal.

He makes like 90% of his money from endorsements and is one grand slam away from setting the all time record but sure he only wants to play this for the prize money lol.
