Petra - Bouchard final.

Since 2011 Petra Kvitova has been my favourite women's player. Not only plays great tennis but to me (I suspect not many others!) he is extremely cute too so that is a great mix :D Although no one will dethrone Martina Hingis for me. Haha!

But it should be an exciting final both are playing well and its a tough one to call.

Womens tennis is very dull to be frank. You may as well set up two hitting machines on either side of the baseline.

It is more power over finesse now. Hitting zones in the racket are larger, shots more powerful so placement at times is not an issue. No wonder there are so many injuries. The skeleto-muscular system is just not designed for the forces that pass through it when hitting the balls with such effort.

At least in the mens game there are players who still display the full range of shots.
