I've thought the same. I was so annoyed when Xavi basically called him his heir. I don't see anything special about him.

How do you expect Koke to play creatively in a team like Atleti?

I too like Gundogan more, but lets not underrate Koke.

I'm not underrating him. He's versatile and played a lot better (More Xavi-esque for La Roja) when surrounded by more creative players. But I wouldn't pay his 70M buyout, which is what Atleti would demand for him.
