This guy is a meme. Has he ever had any hands-on ventures in Europe? Glazers and Stan Kroenke at the very least are utterly absent in their activities without pretending they know anything.

Not a fan of all star games in general. If they were going to do it though, an all star game between leagues could actually be pretty dope though as long as there is some clear financial incentive for the winner so we know both teams are going to take it seriously.
If the purpose of him following City's footsteps and buying clubs in other leagues is to somehow make Chelsea better, I doubt it will work. Chelsea has had a good academy and they are not short of good players, they always had a huge loan army. None of City's players, at least the starting XI in their first team came through other CFG-owned clubs, right?
The all-star game idea is so lame. It takes competition out of the game and makes it boring as hell. Only works in the charity and legends/retired player setting.

It's ridiculously easy to cheat these days, and ridiculously easy to solve the problem if there is will
Yeah, they will count amortization for 5 years maximum, players can sign longer contracts still, but amortization will count for 5 years max.
Some other clubs will be hurt from this, Barca themselves signed the likes of F. Torres and Coutinho for 5.5 years (slight margins) and RM signed some of their young Brazilian on long contracts iirc.
Seems it would be fairer if only for new contracts and not enforced retroactively on existing ones
if UEFA wanna get real about this, the first thing they should do to stop cheating through 'creative finances'
is to prohibit amortization
