Dont think Messi has to do much, won something with Argentina and had a good tournament, its already done probably.

Werent they retroactively gonna award Lewandowski the balon dor of 2019/2020? If that happens it's certain Messi wins this one. Ceremony would look super silly to hand 2 balon dors to the same player.
