They are as good a candidate to win as anyone else.
To be honest they are looking better these last seasons as they are taking games as the underdog. Press, absorb and counter with individual brilliance.
Previous years they seemed to have felt their own pressure to prove the QSG investment a success.

PSG probably dont want to join as there will be huge money and rules in place in relation to % revenue on transfers and wages.
Lessens their ability to plough in their billions to make a difference.
