U have to learn the context. Algerians were eliminated by Cameroon from the world cup in Algeria. Some Algerians developed the narrative that the ref sided with Cameroon because of the etoo factor (totally false since I saw the match). Fast forward.. (some) Algerians made it a life mission to harass Cameroonians over that game and they take it to some unbearable level.

Present day: Etoo was not simply being filmed in the footage .. he was verbally harassed by the vlogger who made sure to get himself and etoo on the camera frame before verbally harassing him (basically trying to punk him ). That's why etoo has had it.

Eto'o was just tired of all the algerians insults towards him, pretending he used his position to corrupt the referee of the WC qualification match against Algeria.
