I think Setien would have been the worst time. That's when Xavi declined the offer. Even he knew it was terrible time.

This is the worst time because all the top players are gone. But it's also the time where he'd get the most leeway and patience. But he has to move his ass and phase out some oldies.
Especially soft and crap oldies. Because Dani Alves and Thiago Silva are even older but they are still doing well.
